Task of the study support to facilitate the work with information for students and to teach ethical principles of academic writing and final university theses. The department is preparing informational materials and educational events, in collaboration with teachers introduces information literacy into the curriculum and uses the results obtained feedback to the development of information literacy of students.
~ A ten-week course for new postgraduate students, which organizes Central Library of CTU in winter and summer semesters. Students learn eg. the issue of efficient information retrieval, quoting literature, copyright or scientific publishing.
~ E-learning equivalent of course for doctoral students; only carried out electronically without the need of personal involvement. Students draw up individual themes in Moodle.
